U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Jeffrey L. Harrigian, Commander U.S. Air Forces Central Command, is ceremoniously doused in water by Airmen as he exits an F-22 commemorating his final flight, or “fini flight,” at Al Dhafra Air Base, August 8, 2018.
