U.S. Army Spc. Robert Holtam competes in the hands-on portion of the weapons knowledge test of the M4 rifle and M9 pistol in the Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve Monthly/Quarterly Joint Service Board, which consists of a physical fitness test, hands-on weapons test, written test, and face to face board at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Aug. 23, 2018. Task Force Battle provides critical support to US service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve.
