19 May 2007, Staff Sergeant Rebecca L. Brusha, a flight medic, of Ground Supply Aviation Battalion (GSAB) attached to the 45th Medical Company (Air Ambulance) (45th Med Co (AA)), looks out the window of a UH-60A Black Hawk during a "run up" at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. Run ups for the UH-60A Black Hawks are done to ensure that all the equipment and the helicopter itself is properly working before going out on missions. 45th Med Co (AA) and GASAB are deployed as part of Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop the Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of government reforms and continue the development of a market-based economy, centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
