Tech. Sgt. Paul Parrinello helps fellow airmen pull a cart full of water up a ramp June 28, 2011, at Wilford Hall Medical Center Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Parrinello was one of many volunteers to help load and unload donated goods from the American Red Cross, USO, Wounded Warriors, Pennies from Heaven, Evil Genius Racing, Blue Star Mom of San Antonio, RN Carolina Melfar of Sacramento, Calif., and WHMC Volunteer Services in support of the new CASF unit. Parrinello is from the 514th Aero Medical Staging Squadron as a Medical Technician.
