CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Chief Warrant Officer 2 Daniel May, a targeting officer, is promoted to his current rank by Lt. Col. Ellis Stokes, 28th Infantry Division chief of fires, on July 18, 2018. Sgt. Timothy McCann served as the guidon bearer. The three Soldiers are with Alpha Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 28 ID. The Pa.
