Ranger candidates in the first International Ranger Assessment, assemble, disassemble and simulate detonation of a Claymore mine during the first International Ranger Assessment at Camp Nothing Hill, Kosovo, on July 21. The two-day assessment, hosted by Rangers with the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, allowed each candidate to familiarize themselves on what is expected at Ranger School in order to earn the coveted Ranger tab.
