(July 24, 2018) - Chief Aerographer's Mate Wesley Bell, a native of Fontana, Calif., assigned to the Naval Oceanography Mine Warfare Center, speaks to children at Lewis and Clark Elementary School Boys & Girls Club during Fargo-Moorhead Metro Navy Week.
