A U.S. Navy sailor in dress white uniform is interacting enthusiastically with a large group of children at an outdoor event, exchanging high-fives. The scene appears to take place on the grounds of a formal building with white columns and steps, suggesting a public outreach or community event. Many children are gathered around, with some raising their hands and appearing excited.
