Carolyne Wilding, equal opportunity advisor, 160th Signal Brigade, and native of Lewiston, Idaho, was one of the guest speakers for the cake cutting ceremony here at the Post Exchange to mark the beginning of Hispanic American Heritage Month Sept. 15 - Oct. 15. Third Army will hold several events throughout the month to commemorate the Hispanic culture and its service members who serve the military.
