FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, CALIF.- U.S Army Reserve Col. David Heflin, an operations officer for the 91st Training Division based at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., briefs local reporters during a press conference on July 19, 2018. Heflin answered questions about a training incident which left 22 Soldiers injured after rotor wash from a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter collapsed a tent during Combat Support Training Exercise 91-18-01.
