JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 18, 2018) Wanda Henry, a health benefits advisor at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, explains available benefits to a sailor. Henry, a native of Selma, Alabama, says “I love helping people. They come in with issues and I help resolve them. It’s gratifying making a difference in someone’s day.” The Health Benefits Advisors provide basic TRICARE information including how to file a claim, explanation of a benefits statement, supplemental insurance information, and TRICARE updates.
