    24th Marine Expeditionary Unit

    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Sivisa Kaleopa with Headquarters & Service Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division scans his surrounding area for improvised explosive devices (IED) during a training exercise aboard Fort Pickett, Va., Sept. 12, 2011. Kaleopa, along with the Marines of H&S Company, participated in the Counter IED Integration Cell exercise to prepare for an upcoming deployment. More than 900 Marines and sailors will take part in the Deployment for Training exercise at Fort Pickett, Sept. 6-23.
