Two individuals — a civilian in a white guayabera shirt and a military officer in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) — are unveiling a dedication plaque for 'Warriors Plaza' associated with the Puerto Rico National Guard. The ceremony appears to be taking place at a military installation with flagpoles, other uniformed personnel, and a green/yellow flag visible in the background. A date partially visible on the plaque appears to reference September 11, 2011.

The Puerto Rico National Guard hosted the ceremony that commemorated the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. During the ceremony, the Puerto Rico National Guard Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Antonio J. Vicens and the Puerto Rico's Secretary of State Kenneth McClintock unveiled the Warriors Plaza Monument, a monument dedicated to all citizen-soldiers, airmen who have served, are serving and will serve the nation. Here, McClintock and Vicens take time to look the details in the monument after unveiling it. The monument is located at Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center Warrior's Plaza, in Salinas, Puerto Rico.
