Maj. Alejandro Sanchez, chaplain, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, says a prayer during the ceremony that marked the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. On this day, the Puerto Rico National Guard Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Antonio J. Vicens and the Puerto Rico's Secretary of State Hon. Kenneth McClintock unveiled the Warriors Plaza Monument, a monument dedicated to all citizen-soldiers, airmen who have served, are serving and will serve the nation.
