Molnar, a maritime law enforcement specialist assigned to the Portsmouth, Va., based Coast Guard Cutter Forward, was diagnosed with Guillain- Barr«e Syndrome, an inflammatory disorder of the peripheral nerves that occurs when the body's immune system attacks the nervous system.
