U.S Air Force Staff Sgt. Alan Thompson, assigned to the 833rd Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) (Left), and Elias Kelley, a cyber/network analyst for the 836th COS, both on different competition teams, collaborate on day three scenario plans during the Cyber X-Games 2018, hosted by the Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group (ARCOG), 335th Signal Command (Theater) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), June 15 at UTSA. The Cyber X-Games is a five-day exercise facilitated by military and academia partnerships consisting of survey and reconnaissance of the cyber environment, inject detection and response and live red/blue teaming. This year’s games focused on the protection of critical network infrastructures in the areas of finance, public utilities and health care.
