A large container ship is visible in the background on open ocean waters under a partly cloudy sky. In the foreground, a small vessel or partially submerged craft is circled and magnified in an inset box, showing what appears to be people on or near a small, low-riding green and orange boat. The inset zoom reveals at least one person visible on the small vessel, which appears to be in distress or very low in the water.
