The boat crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Donald Horsley Over the Horizon Boat is on scene with a 20-foot boat disabled and adrift with three Dominicans from the island of Dominica June 8, 2018. The three survivors, who were stranded at sea for 21 days, were located by the crew of the Liberian-flagged-886-foot bulk carrier ship Skiathos June 7, 2018, approximately 75 nautcial miles south of Ponce, Puerto Rico.
