    A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III from the Mississippi Air National Guard's 172nd Airlift Wing prepare to transporte six injured children and their guardians to Galveston, Texas, for medical treatment at Shriners Hospital for Children. A joint medical team from the Mississippi Air National Guard's 183rd Air Evacuation Squadron and Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, provided en route medical treatment during the flight from Guatemala to Galveston, Texas.
