    David Morrison, site safety manager for Walsh Federal Joint Venture, briefs counstruction and emergency response personnel on worksite safety prior to conducting a fall from height drill May 10, 2018, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The drill tested the ability of the contractors building a new air traffic control tower to respond to a simulated injury as well as the 72nd Civil Engineer Directorate's emergency services personnel to respond and stabilize the patient for transport.
