Members of DPAA render honors during a chain of custody event as a hearse, carrying the remains of U.S. Army Air Forces 2nd Lt. Clarence E. Allen who was recently identified, leaves the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) facility on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, May 18, 2018. Allen, a P-47 aircraft pilot with the 395th Fighter Squadron, was declared missing in action after engaging enemy aircraft during a dive-bombing mission near Aachen, Germany in October 1944.
