The Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce held an evening gala May 10 in Columbus, Georgia, to recognize partnerships between Muscogee County School District schools and their community partners, which include military units from Fort Benning, Georgia. The Partners in Education (PIE) program’s purpose is to improve education by encouraging meaningful business and community involvement in local schools.
