John R. Nay, the U.S. ambassador to Suriname (left), H.E. Lamure Latour, Suriname’s minister of defense (middle) and H.E. Raymond Sapoen, the Suriname minister of education and community development, congratulate each other after unveiling a plaque given by members of the 820th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the LTS School July 28, 2011. The 820th built the school for New Horizons 2011, a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command to help improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
