A fully equipped diver is standing chest-deep in a calm, murky inland waterway, appearing to exit or enter the water near a dock or platform edge. The diver is wearing a black drysuit, red helmet, full-face diving mask, and is carrying yellow hoses and an orange-handled tool or instrument. The overcast conditions and flat, green-gray water suggest a cold-weather, professional or public safety diving operation.
