A Coast Guard Station Sand Key 45-foot Response Boat-Medium boatcrew and Pinellas County Sheriff's Office marine unit crewmembers assist an 83-year-old man suffering from symptoms of shock, Thursday, May 3, 2018 aboard a fishing boat 6 miles west of the Anclote River, Florida.
