A Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater MH-60 Jayhawk aircrew arrives to assist an 83-year-old man suffering from symptoms of shock, Thursday, May 3, 2018 aboard a fishing boat 6 miles west of the Anclote River, Florida. Marine unit crewmembers from Pinellas County Sheriff's Office also responded embarked the man and medevaced him to Anclote Park Boat Ramp, Florida, for further care and transfer to EMS.
