A group of male dancers are performing in what appears to be a Japanese Awa Odori festival parade on a public street. The participants, both Japanese and non-Japanese individuals, are wearing traditional festival costumes including colorful happi coats with Japanese text reading 'ちどり連' (Chidori-ren, a dance group) and '海上自衛隊' (Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force). They are captured mid-dance with arms raised in the characteristic Awa Odori style.
