Wing Cmdr. Lee de Winton, commander of the Royal Australian Air Force, 381st Expeditionary Combat Support Squadron, from Williamtown, Australia, briefs the members of the U.S. Air Force 36th Expeditionary Contingency Response Squadron, from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, on the purpose behind the combined joint exercise at Williamson Airfield during Talisman Sabre 2011. TS11 is an exercise designed to train U.S. and Australian forces to plan and conduct Combined Task Force operations to improve combat readiness and interoperability on a variety of missions from conventional conflict to peacekeeping and humanitarian efforts.
