Cmdr. Carl Koch, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron chaplain assists Staff Sgt. Emily Griffin, an air traffic control chief with H&HS, and Sgt. Dustin Anders, non-commissioned officer in charge of H&HS Installation Personnel Administration Center, search for coupons during a Commissary shopping spree at Cherry Point June 30. Three Marines who were victims of a tornado that hit the Cherry Point area April 16 were chosen by Koch to receive nearly 200 dollars each to spend on items. The funds were donated by a commercial sponsor.
