Cmdr. Carl Koch, the Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron chaplain, tutors Sgt. Dustin Anders, the non-commissioned officer in charge of installation personnel administration center with H&HS, on the differences of meat during a Commissary shopping spree June 30. The shopping spree was for families that were affected by the April 16 tornado that hit the Cherry Point area. The three Marines chosen for the event received 183 dollars each to spend on groceries and other supplies.
