Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deputy Commander Lt. Col. Gene Snyman “tickets” a youngster who was caught wearing a life vest at Lake Eufaula July 10. The ticket is actually a coupon good for a free Frosty frozen treat at any Oklahoma Wendy’s restaurant. This is the second year Wendy’s has offered this incentive for children to wear a life vest while at the lake. Snyman was out on water patrol with park rangers that day to interact with lake visitors about the importance of water safety.
