    Members of the 556th Expeditionary Red Horse Squadron, Hulburt Field, Fla., work on the Nieuw Amsterdam clinic as Dr. Edward Pinas, a physician at the clinic, pauses for a photo here July 18. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
