    A Marine with Marine Wing Support Squadron 472nd Detachment B, Westover Air Force Base, Mass., discusses an electrical panel with a Surinamese inspector at the Lelydorp school jobsite here July 18. Construction of the school is in its final phases with electrical and plumbing being finished this week. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
