Sergeant Thomas Crump, 327th Chemical Company, 76th Operational Response Command, takes instruction from a cadre members during a casualty care event at the 2018 Major Command-Level Best Warrior Competition at Devens Reserve Training Area in Massachusetts on April 17, 2018. Crump is competing against noncommissioned officers from the 76th ORC, 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC), 416th TEC and 99th Readiness Division for the opportunity to represent his command at the United States Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition. Casualty care tests a Soldier’s lifesaving skills in combat situations and is one of several fundamental skills tested at the competition.
