Sergeant Justin Richardson, 365th Chemical Company, 416th Theater Engineer
Command (TEC), applies a pressure dressing to a simulated casualty during an
assessment of tactical combat casualty care at the 2018 Major Command-Level Best
Warrior Competition at Devens Reserve Training Area in Massachusetts on April 17,
2018. Soldiers from the 416th, 412th TEC, 76th Operational Response Command and
99 th Readiness Division are competing to represent their respective commands in
the United States Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition. Casualty care tests a
Soldier’s lifesaving skills in combat situations and is one of several fundamental
