PACIFIC OCEAN (April 13, 2018) Senior Chief Aviation Structural Mechanic Juan Carrillo, from Zacatecas, Mexico, assigned to the “Tophatters” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 14, is presented with a certificate of reenlistment by the squadron’s executive officer, Cmdr. Matt Nieswand, aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Carrillo reenlisted for two years after completing 20 years of honorable service. John C.
