PACIFIC OCEAN (April 13, 2018) Senior Chief Aviation Structural Mechanic Juan Carrillo, from Zacatecas, Mexico, assigned to the “Tophatters” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 14, recites the “oath of enlistment” with the squadron’s executive officer Cmdr. Matt Nieswand aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Carrillo reenlisted for two years after completing 20 years of honorable service. John C.
