U.S. Navy sailors with 4th Medical Battalion and Australian Defence Force service members with 2nd Health Support Battalion participate in a mass casualty evacuation and treatment drill on Camp Growl in Shoalwater Bay Trainig Area during Talisman Sabre 2011. TS11 is an exercise designed to train U.S. and Australian forces to plan and conduct Combined Task Force operations to improve combat readiness and interoperability on a variety of missions, from conventional conflict to peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance efforts.
