    Capt. Frank Michael, left, commanding officer of the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer, reads his orders to Capt. Kevin Flanagan, prospective Commanding Officer, during a change of command ceremony in the hangar bay. Flanagan relieved Michael as commanding officer of Boxer during the ceremony. Boxer is underway supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
