    Commodore Brian Nickerson, mission commander of Continuing Promise 2011, explains the flight deck of Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort to a group of El Salvadoran dignitaries following the Continuing Promise 2011 opening ceremony. Continuing Promise is a five-month humanitarian assistance mission to the Caribbean, Central and South America.
