U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Elise Permann, right and Senior Airman Bradly Rahlf, both aircraft armament systems craftsmen in the 119th Maintenance Squadron, prepare a 500lb GPS guided inert bomb for aircraft loading during a demonstration conducted for civilian employers of National Guard members during a base tour at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, N.D., April 4, 2018. The inert bombs are for training only and cannot detonate. The tour provided opportunities for the employers to see demonstrations of activities routinely done by unit members and visit with them to gain a better understanding of the role they play in national defense, and the experience unit members can bring to their businesses.
