North Carolina, victim advocate coordinator, Family
Advocacy Program here, helped other members of the
ACS team "plant" a pinwheel garden April 2 at Bldg. 108.
The pinwheels serve as a visual reminder that all children
deserve a healthy, happy and carefree childhood — free
from abuse and neglect. April is Child Abuse Prevention
Month.
