180328-N-VG727-062 PHILIPPINE SEA (March 28, 2018) Sailors launch a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) to bring Sailors on board during a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) drill on the weather deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105). Dewey, assigned to the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group, is on a scheduled deployment in the Indo-Pacific region to support training under the U.S. Pacific Fleet’s Up-Gunned ESG concept and to serve as a forward multi-mission asset for any type of contingency.
