    180403-N-CL027-0051 YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 3, 2018) Workers from Ship Repair Facility-Japan Regional Maintenance Center hoist a carrier vessel crash crane onto the flight deck aboard the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The carrier vessel crash crane, better known as “Tilly,” is used for moving aircraft on the flight deck. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
