CULEBRA, P.R., Dec. 4, 2017 - Ivan Solis, Mayor of Culebra, is committed to the repair of the electrical grid. Together with FEMA, the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers, and the Louis Berger Corporation, they install two new generators and provide the proper training to maintain electricity for 24 hours a day.
