CULEBRA, Puerto Rico, December 4, 2017- Members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Louis Berger Corporation and FEMA in Culebra, where they installed two generators that will restore energy to the Island. The two generators will provide the necessary capacity to energize the entire island for 24 hours. The generators were provided by FEMA and the Louis Berger Corporation and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were in charge of installing and training Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority personnel who will be responsible for the maintenance and daily use of the generators.
