CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Hunter Gullick poses for a photo with his puppy, Yeti, in Bhyalia, Mississippi. Gullick’s passion for the Marine Corps and dog community stems from the way he was raised. Gullick comes from a family of bird hunters who are well-known for training Labrador retrievers. These labs are trained off leash to do retrieval work, and which shows with his current military working dogs off leash detection capabilities. Now, Gullick is a corporal of Marines and a well-versed military policeman and dog handler with Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan. Gullick is a Bhyalia, Mississippi, native. (Courtesy Photo, Caption by: Lance Cpl. Tayler P. Schwamb)
