Hobbs, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) Cyber Blue Book Liaison for the Cyber Blue Team, takes notes from the anatomy of an AFOTEC operational test and evaluation chart at the Center, located at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., March 13, 2018.
