A portion of the Mud Lake levee has slowed the rising Missouri River down, but is now inaccessible by levee patrol teams in Dakota Dunes, S.D., June 27, 2011. The Mud Lake sandbag wall is one of the many places that the 411 soldiers and airmen currently activated are supporting.
