The South Dakota Army National Guard's 139th Brigade Support Battalion is set up in the Wynstone development, in Southeast South Dakota to help with flood relief efforts June 27, 2011. Members of the 139th were activated to help with the sandbagging and levee patrol missions of the Southeast South Dakota Flood Incident.
